Remote Therapy

As a client-centered therapist, I utilize an integrative approach to therapy and take into consideration the strengths and needs of each individual. I draw from evidence-based practices that are both insight and action-oriented, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

 

During our sessions, I will help you develop a deeper awareness of your inner processes and provide you with tools to build emotional resilience. My approach is grounded in empathy, acceptance, and understanding, and I will work with you towards achieving your goals.
