Emotional Support Animal letters
Medication management
ADHD or Autism evaluations

Superbills: If you do not see your insurance listed, then I can provide you with a "Superbill" to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. A Superbill is essentially a receipt of the services you have received and paid for. I recommend calling your insurance company about their policy on reimbursement. Some questions to ask: -What is my copay for mental health treatment? -Is there a deductible I have to meet prior to receiving reimbursement? -Do I need to obtain a referral from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered? -Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered in a calendar year? -How do I submit a Superbill and what is the amount reimbursed for an out-of-network provider?

Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up to your appointment or do not cancel within 24 hours of the session, then a fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
